Trying to fit a 12m frontage on a block that is only 10 meters wide? It won’t work! Ensure you consider everything necessary to ensure your block is big enough to cover your design.
- What orientation is the block?
Land orientation is very important as it will impact things such as heating and cooling costs going forward.
- What is nearby to your block?
There are many different considerations to make when you are looking at the perfect location for your block. Look for things such as shopping centers, schools and parks.
