Step 4 - Select your home design
Once you choose a location that suits your needs, it’s time to decide on a home design. A number of factors come into this decision, which our team will walk you through as you are making this decision. Our team has a number of great house plans.
Step 5 - Make it personal
Whilst our house plans are high spec and fitted out with some of the best fixtures, you like to make things personal. We can help you create a home that is suited to you personally.
Step 6 - Building your home
Our home building specialists will walk you through the entire home building process and be with you every step of the way. Our open lines of communication will ensure that you have contact with one of our team members at every stage of the building process. That is our promise to you.
Step 7 - Handover of your new home
Once we are finished perfecting every nook and cranny, we will hand over the keys to your amazing new home. From this point, you are welcome to call our team should any problems arise.
